National- and district-level election data used by the Riigikogu election results lookup system is now available in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format.

The data files (one per general election) consist of the following columns:

  • District (blank for Estonia totals)
  • Election
  • Party or Election Statistic
  • Votes, Voters or Electors
  • Percent
  • Seats

The election statistics come from results published by the Estonian National Electoral Committee. Note that the number and composition of the electoral districts changed in 1995 and again in 2003.
